The Norwegian Retailers’ Environment Fund uses an expert committee with external experts in the assessment of applications to strengthen decisions on the allocation of funds. Members of the Committee hold valuable expertise that complement that of the administration of the Fund.
Members of the committee are involved when their areas of expertise are needed in the evaluation of applications. If external experts themselves apply for funding, other experts are involved in the evaluation of the project.
